麻花影院 ranks in Tier 1 of 鈥淏est Regional Universities鈥�

The University of Louisiana at Monroe offers world-class educational programs鈥攑rograms that empower students to compete successfully in the workforce and improve their communities.

This sentiment has not gone unnoticed; 麻花影院 has been included on U.S. News & World Report鈥檚 list as one the best regional universities in the south. 麻花影院 broke the top 100, ranking number 91 on the list鈥攎aking 麻花影院 a Tier 1 institution among its peers.

According to U.S. News & World Report, 麻花影院 is considered a "regional university." 

The 625 universities in this category are not ranked nationally, but rather against their peer group in one of four geographic locations鈥攏orth, south, midwest, and west鈥攂ecause in general, they tend to draw students most heavily from surrounding states.  

The 鈥渘ational universities鈥� category consists of the 281 institutions (173 public, 101 private, and seven for-profit) that offer a wide range of undergraduate majors as well as master's and doctoral degrees; some emphasize research.

It is important to note these universities are placed in categories prior to determining annual rankings, based solely on degree programs they offer.

"Most recently, our College of Education & Human Development received four 鈥渂est buy for online degree鈥� recognitions from . We understand鈥攁nd promote鈥攐ur institution鈥檚 strengths; now, major outside entities are joining us."

Universities considered in the southern region list included universities in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.

The southern region carried 95 schools in its top-tier and 128 schools, overall.
