Pi Kappa Alpha and 麻花影院 baseball team help CenturyLink families

Two University of Louisiana at Monroe organizations recently teamed up to volunteer at a family fun day for employees of CenturyLink.

Pi Kappa Alpha and the 麻花影院 Baseball Team donated an entire Saturday to help out at the CenturyLink event. The local business has generously supported 麻花影院 through the years, including a major contribution for 麻花影院鈥檚 Clarke M. Williams Student Success Center.

This marks the first time the baseball team worked the event with Pi Kappa Alpha.

鈥淚 think it is great that two 麻花影院 groups, one representing Greek Life/ Student Life and one representing 麻花影院 Athletics would spend an entire day for a company that supports our university in the way that CenturyLink does,鈥� said Tommy Walpole, associate director of alumni relations and Pi Kappa Alpha advisor.
