Area 麻花影院 Students Initiated Into Freshman Honor Society
Thirty-nine area University of Louisiana at Monroe students
      have been initiated into Alpha Lambda Delta, a scholastic honor
      society for freshmen students with 3.5 grade point averages or
      higher. Alpha Lambda Delta is a national society that recognizes
      academic excellence during a student's first year in college,
      promotes intelligent living and a continued high standard of
      learning and assists students in recognizing and developing meaningful
      goals for their roles in society. 
           Initiates and their majors and hometowns are: Julie Beck,
      elementary education; Christy Fisher, pre-nursing; Todd Garvin,
      pre-pharmacy; Matthew Giannobile, pre-pharmacy; Tahari Griffin,
      biology; William Adam Hanks, pre-economics; Crystal Hays, elementary
      education; Courtney Hernandez, biology; Leslie Lawrence, pre-communicative
      disorders;
      Lauren Orr, undeclared; Kapil Prakash, computer science; Jaime
      Rushing, undeclared; and ClaxtonWactor, mass communications;
      all from Monroe; Heather Burgoyne, biology; Courtney Creekmore,
      psychology; Nelia Dahal, pre-nursing; Amanda Kennedy, pre-pharmacy;
      Jeremy Lowe, pre-nursing; Stephanie McWhorter, pre-occupational
      therapy; and Danielle Stevenson, psychology; all from West Monroe;
      Amanda Green, biology, of Calhoun; Sara Hill, biology, Sterlington;
      Rachel Book, pre-communicative disorders; Brittany Cooper, pre-pharmacy;
