The biography highlights the life and career of Maureen OβHara, a screen actress whose career spanned from the 1930s, all the way to the 2000s. OβHara was a pivotal member of what is called cinemas βgolden age.β

Matthews has worked at the University Library since 1990, when she started as the Humanities Reference Librarian.
